Day 6

Wednesday was our clean up day. We were planning to try to do everything we didn't get to at Disney. We started out our day by going to Downtown Disney. We had a great time there. The boys especially loved the Lego Store. It took us all morning to wander through the stores and get our souvineers. Just as we decided to do lunch I realized I had laid my camera down in a store. Of course this meant backtracking to figure out which store. I found my camera in the toy store but boy was I worried about losing it. It would have been devastating to lose it at the end of the vacation. After lunch we went to Disney Hollywood Studios because we felt that was the one thing we didn't see much of. Just as we arrived it started to pour. This was the first time it really rained on us. Kent and Laura didn't wear ponchos during the storm and they were drenched. We really appreciated Joseph's pass that saved us from standing outside in a line. We hung out at Disney Hollywood Studios long enough to see the Indiana Jones show and then we were just done doing theme parks. We were all exhausted and worn out. It was 4:30 and we were done!We headed back to the hotel and rested until dinner. After dinner Give Kids the World was having Village Idol where the kids could sing, dance, tell jokes, etc. We decided to stay mostly for the popcorn and slushies but then Nathaniel decided to dance and Heather decided to sing. They performed separtely and were very nervous but they had fun and were cute. The pictures I was able to take were pretty cool. After that it was back to the hotel to begin the process of packing up all the stuff we bought and to head to bed.
